Daffe Awa Alyne

Daffe Awa Alyne Steamtastic Division is a woman-owned, for-profit sole proprietorship based in Dakar, Senegal, registered in SAM.gov with a current registration valid through December 17, 2025. The organization appears to specialize in educational and cultural programming, with a focus on technology-driven workshops and educational initiatives. As a small business entity, Steamtastic has demonstrated capability in developing and implementing educational programs that integrate technology, science, and creative arts.

The organization has been awarded multiple project grants from the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, consistently focusing on implementing technology and multimedia workshops at American Centers and spaces. These grants include a recent October 2025 award to implement STEM and AI workshops, another October 2025 award for audiovisual workshops at the American Center in Dakar, and a previously executed grant from October 2023 for STEAM and multimedia workshops at American Spaces. Each grant appears to be structured as a project-based initiative with specific timeframes, ranging from approximately 9-11 months, and targeting educational enrichment through technological and creative learning experiences. The workshops seem designed to engage local participants in interactive learning environments that blend technological skills with creative expression, potentially supporting cultural exchange and educational development objectives of the U.S. government's educational and cultural programs.
