Insurance requirements are comprehensive, including $1,000,000 general liability coverage and workers' compensation. Termination provisions allow the city to end the contract with 30 days' notice, while contractors can terminate with 90 days' notice. All new employees must comply with E-Verify requirements, and the contract will be governed by Florida law, with Osceola County designated as the exclusive venue for any legal proceedings.
