This is a proprietary procurement advertised under Texas Government Code 2155.067, meaning only responses conforming exactly to specifications will be considered for award.

The scope encompasses eight line items: three SmartSensor Matrix 16-beam stop-bar sensors (non-intrusive radar-based vehicle detection for signalized intersections with 90-degree field of view extending 140 feet); two SmartSensor Advance Extended Range sensors (detection to 900 feet); five feet of SmartSensor Mount pole-mounting assemblies; five 6-conductor cables; one spool of 1,000-foot cable; five field-replaceable surge protectors; one Arc6 cabinet interface device supporting up to six sensors; and five Sensor Cable Junction Boxes. SmartSensor Matrix specifications include 10–28 VDC power, operating temperature range −29.2°F to 165°F, NEMA weatherproofing, FCC and NEMA TS 2-2003 compliance, and two-year warranties. Arc6 operates on 100–240 VAC at 50–60 Hz with five-year warranty. All equipment is United States manufactured with sub-assembly testing and 48-hour burn-in procedures.

Award will be determined on lowest price and ability to meet all specified requirements. Prices must be firm, all-inclusive, fixed-price, and F.O.B. destination with freight prepaid and included in unit pricing. Delivery must be to TxDOT Fort Worth District, 2501 Southwest Loop 820, Fort Worth, Texas, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, excluding state and federal holidays. The tentative award date is August 6, 2026. Responses must be submitted electronically through the Euna Procurement system at https://txdot.bonfirehub.com/. Vendors must be registered on the Texas Comptroller's Centralized Master Bidders List. Optional Texas-product and service-disabled veteran-owned business preferences under Rule 34TAC 20.306 apply. Respondents must complete the Execution of Bid form and Texas Family Code Schedule certifying ownership structure and child-support eligibility.
