The evaluation committee will score on minimum qualifications (pass/fail basis), technical qualifications (60 points), interview performance (30 points), and local preference (10 points). Finalists will be interviewed December 7–13, 2026 (tentative), with contract award anticipated in January 2027. The contract term is one year with four one-year renewal options and potential month-to-month continuation for up to six additional months at the City's discretion.
