Work must include ADA-compliant curb ramps and green infrastructure stormwater management systems.

The estimated project cost is $5,000,000 to $7,499,999.99. Notice to Proceed is anticipated January 19, 2027, with required completion by September 19, 2028. The project is located in Lancaster County on a non-NHS route; the City of Lancaster is the Local Project Sponsor and will pay the contractor within 10 calendar days of PennDOT's check.

Environmental constraints include NPDES permit compliance and prohibition of tree cutting from April 1 through November 15 to protect bat species.
