Required coverage includes Workers Compensation at $100,000 per accident limits, Commercial General Liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence with MetCom named as an additional insured, and Business Automobile Liability of $1,000,000 per accident.

Award will be made to the lowest responsible, responsive contractor or contractors providing best overall value, with MetCom retaining the right to make multiple awards or reject any and all quotes.
