Quote responses must be submitted by April 7, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. local time to the Palm Beach County Purchasing Department via email or in person. The successful quoter must deliver all items within five calendar days of purchase order receipt to 2300 North Jog Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33412, on an F.O.B. destination basis. Pricing must be submitted on a per-unit basis with all costs including shipping, freight, surcharges, and transportation included in the quoted unit price. The award will be made on an all-or-none basis to the lowest responsive and responsible quoter.

Quoters must be authorized dealers, distributors, or resellers of the manufacturer and must provide evidence of authorization with their quote response. The successful quoter must maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance of at least $500,000 per occurrence, Business Auto Liability Insurance of $500,000 combined single limit, and Workers' Compensation Insurance per Florida Statute Chapter 440. All quoters must comply with federal requirements including E-Verify employment eligibility verification, debarment and suspension certifications, and drug-free workplace certifications. Completion of the mandatory Office of Small Business Development (OSBD) Schedules 1 through 4 is required for all submissions to document SBE participation percentages and workforce composition.
