About this opportunity

This electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is a procurement opportunity issued by the State of Georgia, specifically involving Liberty County, for a VSU Scoreboard and Videoboard project. The procurement is being conducted pursuant to the State Purchasing Act and aims to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers to provide unspecified goods or services. The objective of the eRFQ is to select suppliers through a comprehensive evaluation process, with responses to be received by May 30, 2025, after being initially posted on May 9, 2025. While specific details about the scoreboard and videoboard are limited in the provided documentation, the solicitation indicates a competitive selection process that will involve publicly announcing preliminary results, including participating suppliers and evaluation outcomes. The procurement appears to follow standard state contracting procedures, with a focus on transparent supplier selection and potential multiple award scenarios.

The documentation does not explicitly specify set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise requirements, or specific restrictions on responding organizations. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are listed, and there are no detailed descriptions of existing infrastructure or technology integration requirements. Similarly, no specific award values or precise budget ranges are provided in the available information. The procurement appears to be an open competitive process inviting qualified suppliers to submit responses for potential contract award. The evaluation will likely consider factors such as supplier qualifications, responsiveness to requirements, and overall value proposition, though the specific evaluation criteria are not comprehensively detailed in the current document. Interested suppliers are encouraged to participate in the eRFQ process, with final contract awards to be publicly announced following an initial evaluation and potential protest resolution period.
