Payment terms are Net 30 days from receipt of invoice or 30 days from order receipt, whichever is later, with invoices submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org.

The procurement documents do not identify specific set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise restrictions, or incumbent vendors for this purchase order. No specific budget range or award value is provided in the available documentation; vendors must access the complete Bonfire BidTable to obtain pricing guidance and detailed response fields. All purchase orders are subject to DART's standard terms and conditions, which include provisions for changes, disputes, commercial warranty requirements, termination for default or convenience, equal opportunity compliance, and certifications regarding foreign terrorist organization associations and Israel boycott restrictions. Prospective bidders should thoroughly review the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions PDF available in the supporting documentation section to understand all contractual obligations and requirements prior to submission.
