About this opportunity

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is seeking vendor quotations for valve flush urinals through this procurement opportunity (Reference Number 2098308) posted on March 16, 2026, with a due date of March 23, 2026. This is a straightforward goods procurement for plumbing fixtures to support DART's operational facilities. Bidders are required to register on the BONFIRE platform to access the complete bid details and response tables, where project specifications and vendor response fields are located. All bids must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall quoted price. Delivery timing and rates are essential contract elements, with seller failure to meet specified delivery schedules constituting grounds for rejection and default termination by the Authority. The evaluation of submissions will be conducted through DART's standard procurement process as outlined in the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions document.

The Purchase Order Terms and Conditions establish the contractual framework governing this procurement, including standard requirements for invoice submission, payment processing, and dispute resolution. Payment terms are Net 30, with invoices submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org containing the purchase order number, item description, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. All pricing must include applicable federal, state, and local taxes and duties, though DART is exempt from Texas state and local sales and use taxes. The solicitation documentation does not specify set-aside designations, incumbent vendors, or award values within the available materials. Vendors must comply with DART's standard terms regarding termination for default or convenience, commercial warranty coverage, equal opportunity employment requirements, and certifications regarding foreign terrorist organizations and Israel boycotts, with disputes resolved under Texas law and venue established in Dallas County, Texas.
