About this opportunity

The proposed implementation timeline includes configuration, training, and course migration beginning in early Spring 2024, a pilot group starting in Summer 2024, and full implementation in Fall 2024. The RFP outlines detailed technical, integration, and accessibility requirements for the LMS, as well as evaluation criteria such as cost, reputation, quality of goods and services, and ability to meet the university's needs. Pricing is requested through an electronic bid table, and the initial contract term is five years with the option to renew for up to five additional one-year terms.

The RFP includes information on HUB subcontracting requirements, security characteristics, data handling, and other compliance needs. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are listed, and the available budget range is not specified. The procurement is open to all qualified vendors, with no set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond.
