Bids shall be submitted on a single line item basis (Unit of Measure: EACH, Quantity: 1) representing all material, fabrication, and delivery costs; bidders bear responsibility for weight calculations and any discrepancies between estimated and actual weights. The contract period is ninety days from award and is non-renewable. Bidders must identify manufacturer names, addresses, item/model numbers, and shipping points on Attachment B. Payment will be made within 30 days of invoice receipt and goods verification under the Virginia Prompt Payment Act.
