About this opportunity
The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is issuing a purchase order for a transducer voltage component (item number 2098229) in Dallas County, Texas. This procurement requires vendors to supply the specified transducer voltage unit with delivery terms that are critical to contract performance. Vendors must register through the Bonfire platform to access complete project specifications, detailed bid tables, and submission requirements. All bids must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price, and vendors are required to comply with DART's standard purchase order terms and conditions. The proposal due date is March 16, 2026, with the posting date of March 9, 2026. Key evaluation criteria include vendor ability to meet strict delivery schedules and rates as specified by DART, with failure to meet delivery requirements constituting grounds for rejection and default termination. Vendors must submit invoices in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org and include all required documentation such as purchase order number, item description, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals.
The procurement requires vendors to certify compliance with equal opportunity employment requirements, confirm they are not listed on the Texas Comptroller's Foreign Terrorist Organization list, and verify they do not boycott Israel. Payment terms are Net 30, with invoices payable 30 days from receipt or 30 days from purchase order issuance, whichever is later. All disputes and contractual matters are governed by Texas law with venue in Dallas County. The solicitation documents do not specify set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises, incumbent vendors, or current contractors, nor do they indicate an explicit award value or budget range. DART reserves the right to terminate the contract for convenience or default at its discretion. Vendors should review the complete Purchase Order Terms and Conditions PDF available in the supporting documentation section to ensure full compliance with all contractual obligations.
