About this opportunity
This procurement opportunity, identified as TONG BIFURATED (Contract #2098993), is being issued by the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) in Dallas County, Texas. The posting date is April 24, 2026, with a submission deadline of May 15, 2026. While the specific goods or services are not fully detailed in the available documentation, vendors are directed to access complete project specifications and bid details through the BONFIRE registration system by initiating the "Prepare Your Submission" process, which will provide an in-browser BidTable with full project scope and vendor response fields. All bidders must comply with DART's standard Terms and Conditions, which are available in the supporting documentation section. Delivery terms are critical to this procurement, with the Authority emphasizing that time and rate of deliveries are essential to contract performance, and seller failure to meet specified delivery schedules may result in rejection and default termination.
Vendor responses must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall quoted price, as DART does not typically accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add arrangements. Payment will be made under Net 30 terms, calculated from either receipt of invoice or receipt of the order, whichever is later, unless alternative payment terms are established in writing. Invoices must be submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org and include the purchase order number, item number, description of supplies or services, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. The contracting officer retains the right to terminate orders in whole or in part for failure of the seller to perform any contractual provisions within specified timeframes. No information regarding set-aside designations, incumbent contractors, budget ranges, or award values was disclosed in the available procurement documentation.
