About this opportunity

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is issuing a purchase order for goods or services identified as "TONG BIFURATED" (Opportunity ID 2098078) in Dallas County, Texas. This procurement requires prospective vendors to register on the Bonfire platform to access detailed specifications, project requirements, and the BidTable interface where pricing and vendor response information will be submitted. The specific goods or services being procured are not detailed in the available documentation; instead, vendors must access the complete project details through the in-browser BidTable by initiating the "Prepare Your Submission" process on the opportunity portal. All bids must be submitted with FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price, as DART does not accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add arrangements. The deadline for bid submission is March 18, 2026, with the opportunity having been posted on March 11, 2026, providing a seven-day response window. Evaluation criteria and specific delivery timelines will be detailed in the BidTable interface, where time and rate of delivery are designated as essential contract elements, with failure to meet specified delivery requirements constituting grounds for rejection and default termination.

The procurement documentation does not explicitly indicate set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises, minority-owned businesses, or other restricted vendor categories; however, all vendors must comply with equal opportunity employment requirements and certifications regarding terrorist organization affiliations and Israel boycott prohibitions. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are identified in the available information. Payment terms are established at Net 30, with invoices due 30 days from receipt or 30 days from order receipt, whichever is later, and all vendors are responsible for applicable federal, state, and local taxes while DART maintains exemption from Texas state and local sales and use taxes. The specific award value or budget range is not disclosed in the publicly available documentation; vendors should reference the Supporting Documentation section for the complete Purchase Order Terms and Conditions PDF and contact DART directly for budget or award value information related to this particular procurement.
