Sealed bids are due January 16, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET, with a public bid opening the same day and an anticipated contract award date of January 23, 2026. The project is funded by state funds designated for Federal Match purposes under the Build America, Buy America (BABA) provision, which mandates that all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials be produced in the United States. The estimated project budget is $100,000, with contractors required to maintain liquid assets of no less than five percent of the Base Bid amount. For contracts exceeding $500,000, contractors must demonstrate successful completion of at least two similar projects within the last three years. Liquidated damages are set at $150 per calendar day for delays beyond the Substantial Completion Date. The work must commence within ten calendar days after the Notice to Proceed and achieve Substantial Completion within ninety calendar days, with Final Completion required fifteen calendar days thereafter.
