The scope encompasses management and technical support of six public-facing websites (tjpdc.org, ca-mpo.org, waterstreet.tjpdc.org, rideshareinfo.org, pathva.org, and rivannariverbasin.org), including WordPress and Elementor administration, hosting and domain management, security and maintenance, content publishing with 24-hour turnaround for routine requests, document archive integration, website development and enhancements, web design and technical leadership, troubleshooting and technical support, Mailchimp email marketing platform support, and graphic design services for reports and infographics.

The TJPDC will evaluate proposals using competitive negotiation methodology with the following point allocation: experience and qualifications of key personnel, 40 points; references (minimum three required with contact information and work summaries), 30 points; cost with reasonable hourly estimates for nonprofessional services, 30 points; and MBE/WBE/DBE participation, 3 points.
