About this opportunity

Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is seeking procurement of a Tip Light Diode Pack for EZ Gate, with bids being accepted through a Bonfire registration platform. The specific contract opportunity, identified as #2096543, was posted on December 11, 2025, with a bid submission deadline of December 18, 2025. Potential vendors must carefully review and comply with the purchase order terms and conditions, which emphasize specific shipping and delivery requirements. All bids must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price, and DART will not typically accept alternative shipping arrangements. Vendors must submit detailed invoices in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org, including comprehensive documentation such as purchase order number, item number, description, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. The procurement process requires strict adherence to delivery timelines, with DART reserving the right to reject and terminate the order if delivery specifications are not met.

The contract opportunity appears to have no specific set-aside designations or explicit restrictions on vendor qualifications, though vendors must meet certain legal and compliance requirements. Vendors must certify they are not identified on the Texas Comptroller's list of companies with foreign terrorist organization contracts and confirm they do not boycott Israel. The payment terms are standardized at Net 30, with invoices processed 30 days from receipt or order completion. While the specific award value is not detailed in the available documentation, vendors should be prepared to provide commercial warranties ensuring merchantable quality and specification compliance. The contract will be governed by Texas law, with venue established in Dallas County. Potential bidders must complete registration through the Bonfire platform to access complete project details, bid tables, and vendor response fields, which will contain more comprehensive information about the specific procurement requirements and potential contract value.
