About this opportunity

Georgia State University, through the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, is soliciting statements of qualifications from suppliers to provide telecommunication services connectivity to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) under an electronic RFQc, with responses due July 31, 2015.

This is a two-stage procurement: the RFQc identifies qualified contractors, and respondents deemed sufficiently qualified by GSU may be invited to bid in a subsequent competitive phase. The scope covers telecommunication services connectivity; specific service levels, technologies, coverage areas, call volumes, or interface requirements are not detailed in the posted notice.

Respondents must review and follow all instructions in the eRFQc document and any attachments. No estimated contract value, contract term, place of performance, evaluation criteria, incumbent contractor, or procurement timeline beyond the July 31 due date is specified in the notice.
