About this opportunity

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is soliciting bids for TAP TARGET, FRONT DOOR (Opportunity ID: 2097642), a purchase order procurement posted on January 23, 2026, with a bid deadline of January 30, 2026. While the specific goods or services are not detailed in the available documentation, vendors must access the complete project specifications and bid requirements through the Bonfire registration system by initiating the "Prepare Your Submission" process and locating the in-browser BidTable. All deliverables must meet DART's stringent delivery requirements, as timely delivery is considered essential to the order, with failure to meet specified delivery schedules constituting grounds for rejection and default termination. Vendors must submit bids reflecting FOB Destination shipping terms with all freight costs included in the overall price, as DART does not accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add arrangements. The procurement is governed by DART's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, which establish comprehensive contractual requirements for vendor engagement, inspection and acceptance procedures, and performance standards.

The procurement documents do not specify set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise requirements, or incumbent vendor information within the available materials. Vendors must comply with equal opportunity employment requirements, certify non-involvement with designated foreign terrorist organizations, and confirm non-participation in boycotts of Israel as conditions of contract award. All invoices must be submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org and include the purchase order number, item number, description, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals; payment will be made on Net 30 terms from invoice receipt or order receipt, whichever is later. The contract price includes all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and duties, with DART's tax-exempt status requiring deduction of any sales taxes from invoiced amounts. No specific award value or budget range is identified in the posted materials; interested vendors should consult the complete Bonfire registration and supporting documentation for detailed project specifications, evaluation criteria, and pricing expectations.
