Holiday and special event work restrictions apply for Memorial Day (May 28–June 1, 2027), Independence Day (July 2–6, 2027), and Labor Day (September 3–7, 2027).
Bidders must submit a proposal guaranty bond, a list of subcontractors, and debarment certifications. Bids are accepted through electronic submittal via Bid Express or paper bids under waiver of electronic requirements, due 11:45 a.m. on the last business day preceding the letting.
