About this opportunity

The Idaho Office of Information Technology Services (ITS), through the Division of Purchasing (DOP), is soliciting competitive quotes for an annual subscription to Phone Provisioning Management Software (PPMS) specifically targeting Nez Perce County. This procurement opportunity, identified by contract ID 6786714fa304a1e343035022, seeks a comprehensive system integration solution for managing phone provisioning processes. The primary objective appears to be enhancing technological infrastructure through advanced software capabilities that streamline communication management. The contract is open for quote submissions from qualified vendors, with a precise submission window between January 11, 2025, and January 25, 2025. While detailed technical specifications are not explicitly outlined in the provided notice, the procurement suggests a need for a robust, adaptable software solution capable of supporting county-level telecommunications management. Vendors responding to this opportunity should be prepared to demonstrate expertise in system integration, software deployment, and technological adaptability specific to public sector communication requirements.

The contract notice does not explicitly specify set-aside designations or vendor restrictions, leaving the opportunity seemingly open to a broad range of technology service providers. No incumbent vendors or existing infrastructure details are provided in the current documentation. Similarly, specific budget ranges or potential contract values are not delineated in the available information. The procurement is specifically scoped for Nez Perce County, which has a FIPS Code of 16069, indicating a localized technological enhancement initiative. Potential respondents should carefully review all submission requirements and ensure full compliance with Idaho state procurement protocols. While the notice suggests a software subscription model, interested vendors should be prepared to provide comprehensive system integration capabilities, potentially including implementation support, training, and ongoing technical assistance. The brevity of the notice implies that additional detailed requirements may be available through direct communication with the Idaho Division of Purchasing.
