The objective of this procurement is to establish a contract for the provision of SurveyMonkey Enterprise Subscriptions, with responses required to conform exactly to the specified brand name, make, and model. The IFB specifies that the contract will be awarded in accordance with Government Code Section 2155.067, which allows for the advertisement of specifications for items conforming exactly to the brand, make, and model specified in the solicitation. The IFB has a due date of July 3, 2024, and requires a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) for bids over $100,000.

The IFB does not provide any details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or sources. However, it does include information and resources to assist with completing the required HSP, including links to training videos for different HSP submission methods.
