Contractors must maintain certified payroll records for three years post-completion and comply with nondiscrimination, equal employment opportunity, drug-free workplace, and safety standards. Vacuuming of asphalt surfaces must be completed within three weeks of traffic opening at no additional cost to the Department. No payment is permitted for surface treatment materials on hand.
Project completion is scheduled for October 17, 2027. A 5% bid bond based on total bid value is required. Bids are submitted electronically through Bidx, and award will be made no later than 60 days after bid opening to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
