About this opportunity

Georgia State University's Student Health Clinic is issuing an electronic Request for Information (eRFI) to solicit information regarding Student Telehealth Services for its facility located in Fulton County and Atlanta City. This eRFI, posted on March 1, 2023, with a response deadline of March 29, 2023, is designed as an information-gathering tool rather than a competitive solicitation and does not satisfy competitive bidding requirements. The State Entity will utilize responses to this eRFI in conjunction with other available information to determine the most appropriate solution for fulfilling its telehealth service needs. While supplier participation in this eRFI is not mandatory, and failure to respond will not prohibit participation in any subsequent competitive solicitation, suppliers are strongly encouraged to respond to ensure the State Entity is aware of available goods and services in the telehealth marketplace. The eRFI serves as an important mechanism for vendors to demonstrate their capabilities and available solutions to the procuring agency.

The available documentation does not specify set-aside designations, restrictions on responding organizations, disadvantaged enterprise requirements, incumbent vendors, current contractors, existing infrastructure, technology integration requirements, or award values and budget ranges for this Student Telehealth Services opportunity. Interested suppliers seeking additional details regarding eligibility criteria, specific service requirements, evaluation methodology, or budgetary parameters should contact the Georgia State University Student Health Clinic directly or refer to the complete eRFI documentation for comprehensive procurement specifications and requirements.

Opportunity text

Purpose of the eRFI This electronic Request for Information (¿eRFI¿) is being issued to solicit information from interested suppliers with respect to Student Telehealth Services for the Georgia State University Student Health Clinic (hereinafter, ¿the State Entity¿) as further described in this eRFI. The State Entity will use the information generated by this eRFI in conjunction with other information available to the State Entity to determine the solution that it is in the best interests of the State Entity to fulfill this need. Overview of the eRFI Process The objective of the eRFI is to gather information to assist the State Entity in its consideration of available resources/methods to fulfill the need/goal identified above. The eRFI method is not a competitive solicitation method and, as a result, does not satisfy the requirement for competitive bidding. The eRFI method is no more than an information gathering tool and such information gathered may or may not be used by the State Entity to develop a competitive solicitation. Suppliers are not required to respond to an eRFI and a supplier¿s failure to respond to an eRFI will not prohibit the supplier¿s participation in any competitive solicitation that may result from the eRFI. However, suppliers are strongly encouraged to respond to eRFIs as this is a great way to ensure the State Entity is aware of the suppliers¿ available goods and services.
