About this opportunity
New York Power Authority is issuing an RFQ to pre-qualify vendors and solutions for a centralized Stakeholder Relationship Management (SRM) platform serving NYPA and its subcontractors across all regions of New York State, with qualifications due August 21, 2026.
The solution must be purpose-built or configurable for stakeholder relationship management rather than transactional CRM, and must integrate with or operate compatibly alongside NYPA's existing enterprise software stack, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Outlook, email, calendaring, and document-management platforms. Compatibility with current systems is preferred to minimize duplication and enable coordinated engagement across teams. The platform must support structured organization of stakeholder information with categorization by role, level of influence, geographic relevance, and relationship to NYPA initiatives; recording and tracking of engagement activities and interaction history; visualization of relationships and influence networks across individuals and organizations; identification of key stakeholder relationships and engagement patterns over time; and presentation of stakeholder information and engagement insights in clear, actionable, readily interpretable formats. The solution will serve authorized NYPA staff across the organization in tracking, managing, and analyzing relationships with the external stakeholder network.
Westchester County and Yonkers City are identified jurisdictions. No contract value, term length, incumbent, evaluation criteria weighting, or pre-bid meeting information is specified in the source material provided.
