SRA 25-146-A, Dell Pro 16 Laptops

The state of Maryland is seeking to procure Dell Pro 16 Laptops through State Local Contract Opportunity #6852bd47b87102356709c160, identified as SRA 25-146-A. This procurement is designed to support a mobile user project for a specific state agency, with a focus on supplying a comprehensive lot of laptops to enhance technological infrastructure. The solicitation was posted on June 17, 2025, with proposals due by June 27, 2025, creating a relatively short ten-day window for potential vendors to prepare and submit their responses. The primary deliverable appears to be a specified quantity of Dell Pro 16 Laptops, which will be used to complete a mobile technology deployment initiative. Evaluation criteria are not explicitly detailed in the provided documentation, but typically such procurements assess vendor capabilities, pricing, technical specifications, delivery timelines, and compliance with state procurement guidelines.

While specific set-aside designations or restrictions are not clearly outlined in the current documentation, Maryland state procurement typically encourages participation from small businesses, minority-owned enterprises, and local vendors. The contract appears to be a standard technology procurement without explicit limitations on respondent types. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are mentioned in the available information. The budget range and potential award value are not specified in the current solicitation details. Given the focused nature of the procurement—a specific laptop lot for a mobile user project—vendors should anticipate a targeted, potentially moderate-sized contract that requires precise technical specifications and competitive pricing for Dell Pro 16 Laptops. Interested vendors should carefully review the full solicitation document and be prepared to demonstrate their ability to meet the state agency's exact technological requirements.
