Quotations must be submitted through the State of Maine's AdvantageME/Vendor Self Service (VSS) electronic procurement system. Payment terms are net 30 upon receipt of invoices referencing the contract number.
Bidders may submit multiple quotations with alternative pricing or item configurations. All quotations must include full costs necessary for contract compliance; the State is exempt from federal, state, and local taxes on non-resale items and will not reimburse taxes. Questions must be submitted through the VSS Q&A List tab; responses obtained through other channels are not valid. No contract term, renewal options, bidders conference, or site visit is specified. Contracts will execute under State of Maine standard terms and conditions.
