Payment terms are Net 30.
Bidders must submit five current customer references and provide commercial general liability insurance of at least $1 million per occurrence and $2 million general aggregate, workers' compensation coverage, and automobile liability insurance of $500,000 combined single limit. All deliveries are F.O.B. Destination to 2400 E. Spring Street, Building 560B, between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
