About this opportunity

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is issuing a purchase order for special contact cleaner/degreaser spray in 14 oz containers with 4-inch nozzles (Procurement ID: 2098628). This is a direct goods procurement for cleaning and maintenance supplies required by the transit authority. The specification calls for a particular product configuration, though additional detailed specifications and vendor response fields are accessible through the BONFIRE registration system's in-browser BidTable. Vendors must ensure all bids and quotes reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price, and delivery timelines are identified as essential to the order, with failure to meet specified delivery schedules constituting grounds for rejection and default termination. Payment will be made on a Net 30 basis from receipt of invoice or receipt of the order, whichever is later, with invoices submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org. The submission deadline is April 13, 2026, with the opportunity posted on April 6, 2026, providing a seven-day bidding window. BONFIRE registration is required to access complete project details and the BidTable for submission preparation.

The procurement documentation does not specify set-aside designations, disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) requirements, or restrictions limiting eligible respondents to particular organizational categories. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are identified in the available procurement materials. The documentation indicates that DART's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions govern all aspects of the contract, including compliance with equal employment opportunity commitments, certification that the seller is not listed on the Texas Comptroller's foreign terrorist organization list, and verification that the seller does not boycott Israel. The contract is subject to Texas law with venue in Dallas County. No specific award value or budget range is disclosed in the posted opportunity materials; vendors should reference the complete BONFIRE BidTable and supporting documentation for pricing guidance and additional procurement specifications.
