About this opportunity
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District is issuing a sources-sought notice for the Noyo Maintenance Dredging and Jetty Repair Project in Mendocino County, California, with responses due June 2, 2026. This is a preliminary market-research phase; responses are voluntary and non-binding.
The scope encompasses maintenance dredging of Noyo Harbor Channel to -10 feet depth (with 1-foot paid over-depth and 1-foot unpaid over-depth), removal and staging of armor stones from the channel bottom near the North Jetty, disposal of dredged material at a nearshore site approximately 6 miles north of the harbor channel, and jetty repair work including removal of existing stone from the channel-side slope, repair of structural voids beneath the main concrete structure, placement of new high-density stone to rebuild the jetty, and concrete walkway repair using repurposed stone. The jetty work addresses wave-action damage including armor-stone displacement and undermining of the main concrete structure.
USACE seeks information on contractor capabilities and experience in maintenance dredging operations, nearshore material-disposal operations, and marine-structure repair work. Responses should demonstrate past performance on similar projects, equipment availability, and technical qualifications relevant to heavy and civil engineering construction.
No specific contract value, performance term, or award date is indicated in this sources-sought notice.
