The scope includes development of OCFS staff as trainers and subject matter experts, ongoing trainer certification and professional development, implementation consultation and technical assistance, and organizational and systems change support to achieve consistent practice improvement across jurisdictions. OCFS anticipates approximately 80 trainings per year and expects to develop approximately 75 certified trainers statewide by contract end.
