Mobilization payment of 50 percent is processed upon verification of insurance, equipment evaluation completion, communication systems, vehicle registration, and training completion; the remaining 50 percent is paid at season end upon documentation of operator participation and satisfactory performance. Supervisor compensation is $65.00 per hour with vehicle. Payment is made within forty-five days of invoice receipt and work verification.
