Bidders must comply with Executive Order N-6-22, which prohibits economic transactions with Russian entities in response to actions in Ukraine, and will be disqualified if found to be a target of economic sanctions. The previous contractor was So Cal Property Services, who held a 36-month contract valued at $109,764.00. Contractors must adhere to specific equipment requirements, explicitly prohibiting trailer-mounted equipment for parking lot sweeping. Additional compliance considerations include provisions regarding Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) technology usage. Payment will be processed monthly in arrears based on services rendered, with the total contract value representing a significant opportunity for a qualified small business in the San Diego County region to provide essential maintenance services for a state government facility.
