Central Time and mandatory on-site visits on July 7 or July 8, 2026.
The scope includes bi-monthly grease trap preventive maintenance and cleaning across nine buildings containing eleven traps ranging from 1,500 to 4,000 gallons; as-needed water removal for standing water and wastewater accumulation; sludge removal for four maintenance department-managed manholes; and emergency repair services with full warranty coverage for twelve months or manufacturer warranty, whichever is greater. Emergency water removal must be provided within four hours during business hours, with 24/7 year-round availability required. Firm, fixed-price bidding is mandatory on Exhibit C, with all-inclusive unit rates covering labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and related expenses. The initial contract term runs September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with one optional one-year extension at HHSC's sole discretion. Both HHSC and DSHS are entitled to use any resulting contract. Questions are due July 10, 2026, at 5:00 P.M., with responses posted by July 15, 2026.
