About this opportunity
The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is soliciting bids for the procurement of a SITRAS PRO Buffer Amplifier with an Independent Voltage Divider component, identified as opportunity number 2098237. This is a goods procurement posted on April 24, 2026, with a submission deadline of May 1, 2026. Bidders must register through the BONFIRE platform to access complete project details and the bid table, which can be located by initiating the "Prepare Your Submission" process and scrolling within the in-browser BidTable window to view vendor response fields and specifications. The procurement requires all bids to reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall quoted price, as DART does not accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add arrangements. Timely and specified delivery rates are essential requirements, with the seller's failure to meet delivery schedules potentially resulting in order rejection and default termination. All vendors must comply with DART's standard purchase order terms and conditions, available in the Supporting Documentation section, and understand that payment will be made on a Net 30 basis from the later of invoice receipt or order receipt.
The solicitation does not explicitly identify set-aside designations, disadvantaged business enterprise restrictions, or incumbent vendor information within the provided documentation. The bid table and complete procurement specifications remain accessible only through the BONFIRE registration portal, which may contain additional details regarding organizational eligibility requirements and evaluation criteria not included in this summary. Vendors must submit invoices in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org with specific information including purchase order number, item descriptions, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. The specific budget range or award value for this procurement was not disclosed in the available information; interested bidders should access the full BONFIRE documentation to determine pricing expectations and project scope details before preparing their submissions.
