The scope spans three fiscal years (FY 2026–2029). The not-to-exceed contract value is $47,000. The intended source is Newsela, 169 Madison Avenue, Suite 2770, New York, NY 10016. No other education SaaS solution provides equivalent content from this specific partner group with the same functionality and customization capability, establishing Newsela as the sole source provider.
