The contractor must provide comprehensive build sheets, parts and service information, complete service and parts manuals customized by serial number, online manual access, and a 12-month full parts-and-labor warranty from in-service date. Equipment reliability standards require a 0.90 ratio over any consecutive 12-month period and 0.75 monthly ratio. Liquidated damages are $100 per calendar day for late or non-conforming delivery.
