Payment will be made on a Net 30 basis from either the date of invoice receipt or purchase order receipt, whichever is later, with invoices submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org.
The procurement documents do not specify set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise restrictions, or information regarding incumbent vendors or current contractors in the available materials. Vendors responding to this solicitation must comply with all terms and conditions established by DART, including equal opportunity employment requirements, prohibitions against assignment without written consent, and certifications regarding terrorist organizations and Israel boycotts.
