The procurement does not specify specific set-aside designations or restrictions for disadvantaged enterprises. Contractors must demonstrate compliance with the Illegal Immigration Reform and Enforcement Act through E-Verify participation and submit a notarized Contractor Affidavit. Insurance requirements are comprehensive, including Workers' Compensation, Commercial General Liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence), Auto Liability ($500,000 per occurrence), and Umbrella Liability ($1,000,000). Pricing must remain firm for the initial contract term, with renewal period pricing to be specified by the contractor. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, potentially split awards among multiple contractors, or make an award in its best interest.
