Progress payments are made monthly at 95% of completed work with 5% retainage until 50% completion, after which retainage ceases if progress is satisfactory, plus an additional 2% retainage per Connecticut General Statutes 46a-68e. Electronic copies of plans and specifications are available beginning July 2, 2026. Bids are to be opened and read aloud in Conference Room 101 at Town Hall, 200 School Street, Putnam, Connecticut 06260.
