About this opportunity
The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is soliciting bids for rubber interior articulation panels, with procurement opportunity number 2098283 posted on March 18, 2026, and a due date of March 27, 2026. The deliverable consists of rubber components for interior articulation panels, though detailed specifications and project requirements are accessible only through DART's BONFIRE registration system via the "Prepare Your Submission" process and embedded BidTable. All bids must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall quoted price, as DART does not accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add arrangements. Timely delivery is essential, with seller failure to meet specified delivery times and rates constituting grounds for rejection and default termination. Invoices must be submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org with complete line-item details including purchase order number, item number, descriptions, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. Payment will be made under DART's standard Net 30 terms, calculated from the later of invoice receipt or order receipt date, with partial delivery payments authorized when amounts warrant.
The procurement opportunity documents do not specify set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise restrictions, or incumbent vendor information within the available materials. Vendors must comply with equal opportunity provisions, certifications regarding foreign terrorist organization affiliations and Israel boycotts, and representations that no public officials hold pecuniary interest in the contract. Inspection and acceptance occur at destination with risk of loss remaining with the seller until delivery and acceptance, except where loss results from DART negligence. All sellers must provide commercial warranties certifying that supplies are of merchantable quality, comply with specifications, and meet the most favorable commercial warranty terms offered to any customer. No specific award value or budget range is disclosed in the posted opportunity materials; interested vendors should access the complete procurement details through DART's BONFIRE system and review the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions PDF available in the Supporting Documentation section to fully evaluate this opportunity.
