The procurement specifically requires 3/8" pea stone and 620 pea stone aggregates, indicating a construction or infrastructure-related materials acquisition. The contract was posted on March 1, 2018, with a submission deadline of March 9, 2018, representing a relatively short procurement window. The procurement appears to be focused on concrete construction materials, suggesting potential infrastructure or maintenance projects within York County. While specific evaluation criteria are not explicitly detailed, the narrow timeframe and specific material requirements indicate a targeted procurement process with precise technical specifications.

The contract documentation does not explicitly outline set-aside designations or specific restrictions on responding organizations. No information is provided regarding disadvantaged enterprise requirements or preferences. Additionally, incumbent vendors or current contractors are not referenced in the available documentation. The procurement lacks clear indication of award value or budget range, which limits comprehensive financial understanding of the opportunity. The jurisdictional scope encompasses York County and the Wolfdale CDP, which suggests a localized procurement with potential implications for regional infrastructure development. The lack of detailed procurement guidelines implies that standard Pennsylvania state and local procurement protocols would likely govern the bidding and award process.
