About this opportunity

Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) has issued a procurement opportunity for a specific industrial ring, identified as RING, INNER, IR 25 X 30 X 30 with reference number 2095361. The contract opportunity was posted on September 10, 2025, with a response deadline of September 17, 2025. Potential vendors must complete Bonfire registration to access full bid details and must submit their proposals through the platform's in-browser BidTable window. The procurement requires vendors to adhere to specific freight and delivery terms, with FOB Destination shipping being preferred and freight costs to be included in the overall price. Vendors must recognize that delivery timing is critical, and failure to meet specified delivery rates could result in order rejection or default termination. DART has established strict payment terms of Net 30, requiring invoices to be submitted electronically to APInvoices@dart.org with comprehensive documentation including purchase order number, item details, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals.

While specific set-aside designations are not explicitly detailed in the provided documentation, the procurement appears to be open to qualified vendors who can meet DART's comprehensive terms and conditions. The attached Purchase Order Terms and Conditions document indicates several important compliance requirements, including non-discrimination provisions, restrictions on doing business with Foreign Terrorist Organizations, and a certification against boycotting Israel. Vendors must provide commercial warranties ensuring the merchantable quality and suitability of supplies or services. The procurement is specifically located within Dallas County, Texas, and governed by the jurisdiction's regulatory framework. Though an exact award value is not specified, the document suggests DART expects competitive pricing and adherence to its stringent operational standards. Potential vendors should carefully review the full Purchase Order Terms and Conditions document, which provides a comprehensive legal and operational framework for the transaction.
