While no specific budget range is disclosed in the documentation, the procurement will result in a one-time purchase order with an anticipated start date of "ASAP" after contract award. The evaluation criteria will focus on the reasonableness of price and vendor selection justification, with an emphasis on contractors who can conform to the facility's rules and regulations to ensure children's safety. Successful bidders will be required to provide current worker's compensation, disability benefits insurance, and general liability insurance certificates, and must comply with New York State procurement lobbying laws and prevailing wage requirements.
