RFQ-Graffiti Removal Equipment and Components needed to be installed in Vehicle

This state and local contracting opportunity is for the procurement of equipment and components for a vehicle-mounted graffiti removal system by the Essex County Sheriff's Department (ECSD) in Massachusetts. The Request for Quote (RFQ) specifies the required equipment, including a blast unit, air preparation system, blast hoses, nozzles, pneumatic controls, and a power washer with associated hoses and reel. The ECSD is looking to have this equipment installed on a vehicle or flatbed that they will provide. The RFQ includes detailed specifications for the required items, as well as the requested quantities and the location for installation, which is the ECSD's facility in Wilmington, MA. However, the RFQ does not provide any information on response due dates, award timelines, or contract terms.

The RFQ does not mention any set-asides, disadvantaged enterprise requirements, or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. There is also no information provided on any incumbent vendors or current contractors, or any existing infrastructure or technology that would require integration. The RFQ only includes the pricing information for the individual line items and requests a total price, but does not provide any details on the possible award value or budget range for this procurement.
