The screening process will be completed by November 14, 2025, interviews will be conducted by December 16, 2025, and the selected firm will be notified by December 22, 2025.
The RFQ does not specify any specific set-aside designations or restrictions on responding organizations. The contract term is anticipated to be three years with a maximum fee limit of $1,500,000. The selected firm will be required to maintain professional liability (Errors & Omissions) insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in aggregate. The consulting firm must demonstrate proficiency in assessing design compliance, functionality, and the ability to recommend innovative and cost-effective signage solutions. Additionally, the consultant must have working knowledge of HCAI requirements for hospital projects and experience coordinating with structural engineers to develop code-compliant attachment details. The firm may be asked to work with diverse user groups, University staff, vendors, and design teams, particularly for large projects. Submissions must be electronic (PDF) and tailored specifically to the campus functionality, with no generic or boilerplate content accepted.
