The vehicle must be Stealth Gray with Sage Green secondary color and include factory-installed heat and air conditioning, a 4,500 LB winch kit with synthetic rope, and a Polaris Beacon Light. The unit must comply with Federal and California emissions standards. Delivery must occur within 60 days of purchase order issuance, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at County of San Diego DGS Fleet Services, 5610 Overland Avenue, San Diego, California 92123.

Offerors must indicate whether the quoted vehicle is in physical stock for immediate delivery or subject to manufacturer order placement. The contractor is responsible for all vehicle outfitting, DMV registration in the County's name, warranty management (with warranty commencing only upon departmental assignment), delivery with a full fuel tank or full charge, and provision of all required documentation including temporary license plates and Manufacturer Statement of Origin. Defects identified at delivery must be remedied within fourteen calendar days at contractor expense. Written questions are due October 12, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
