Bidders must submit comprehensive documentation including cover letters, specification compliance questionnaires, payee data records (STD. 204), recycled content certifications, California seller permits, bidder declarations, commercially useful function documentation, and applicable certifications. The RFQ timeline requires written questions by 5:00 PM PT on May 14, 2026, with answers posted by May 18, 2026, and quote submissions due by 5:00 PM PT on May 21, 2026. Target Area Contract Preference Act (TACPA) preferences are optional for qualified California-based businesses. The State reserves the right to award contracts on an individual item or all-items basis to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with notice of proposed award expected within 1-5 working days after quote receipt. All responses must comply with California civil rights laws, and bidders must disclose any use of generative artificial intelligence in contract performance. Payment will be made within 45 days of invoice receipt and acceptance of goods, with final invoices due within 30 calendar days of contract expiration.
