The selected firms will be pre-qualified and placed in a pool, from which Hays County departments and elected officials can choose for individual projects as needed. The initial contract term is from January 2025, with the option for annual renewals. Respondents must demonstrate at least 5 years of experience providing similar services to government entities, have sufficient resources to complete projects in a timely manner, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Evaluation criteria includes qualifications of staff, capacity and approach, and company experience. Responses are due by November 4, 2024 and can be submitted electronically or manually.

No information is provided on any listed incumbent vendors, current contractors, or existing infrastructure/technology that requires integration. The RFQ also does not specify any potential award values or budget ranges for the Professional Services Pool contract opportunity.
